Economy of the Heavens’ Covenant

The economy of Kaelara is dominated by the Empire of Eldara, which uses a standardized currency backed by the magical ore Erythium. However, in the outer rims and rebellious territories, a barter system and black-market currencies thrive.

🪙 Currency

1. Imperial Coin

“Standardized. Stable. Soulless.” The Imperial Coin

  • Design: A flawless, round coin of solid gold.
  • Face: The profile of the current Emperor/Empress.
  • Reverse: The Sun-Scale of Solphirion.
  • Value: backed by the Imperial Erythium Reserve.
  • Usage: Accepted everywhere in Tavrenne. Essential for paying taxes and buying land.

2. Erythium Shards (The Raw)

“Magic has a price.”

  • Legality: Illegal to trade without an Imperial License.

3. Trade-Bars (Mercantile)
